• System builders who design leadership, decision, or organizational models at scale

Coaches and advisors are considered only when they contribute:

• Aggregated, cross‑organizational insights
• Evidence‑informed frameworks or models
• System‑level patterns that extend beyond individual clients

We generally do not accept submissions that focus primarily on:

• Personal branding or service promotion
• Rankings, awards, or credentials without substantive insight
• Motivational messaging without executive‑level substance
• PR‑driven or sales‑oriented narratives
